Emergency 24/7 Service
After-hours and Sunday requests may be handled as emergency appliance repair.
- Monday–Saturday* appointments available; Sunday calls are treated as emergency unless a reduced rate is confirmed before dispatch.
- Emergency service fee: $149.
- Same-day after 3 PM: emergency calls only — you pay the emergency fee + parts + labor for the repair.
- If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, the $149 emergency fee still applies.

Service charge & repair policy
We charge a $59 service fee for the trip and diagnosis. If you approve and complete the repair, the $59 service fee is waived — you only pay for parts + labor.
